After i heard the Mulan song “Reflection” , i keep crying , its like my soul resonate with the song of me not living my true self.

I thought i have always been living my true self , apparently it’s not . I am still living behind a mask , a portrayal which i want to show to the people.

I start searching YouTube to find video that talk about true self and i came across this video which change my life forever …

While watching this video , i keep crying and crying . There is a lot of pain in my heart , my body and my mental . It is total pain which i had never experience before . Writing this now, i still can feel that pain and sadness that i experienced.

In the video Dolores talk about the reason we came to Earth is because we are here to learn and Earth is a School. This concept is totally new to me. Before this i only know surface of Spiritually. After i watch this video , i bought Dolores Canon books and start reading a lots of books , Near Death Experience , Past lives , etc ..

I am completely obsessed with spirituality … Everyday i will just continue to function normally , none of the ppl around me know that i am going through this.

During this period which lasted around few months , my body crave for vegetable , salads and fruits. In the past , i am the kind of person , where every meal i must have meat, without meat , i will not be full.

My whole diet change , i went into more vegetable based diet and i can even eat 1 main meal a day. I have been intermittent fasting on and off for years. Now i can 1 meal a day . Meaning I ate my lunch like salad and dinner i drink oat milk supplement.

My body slim down , my skin become better and more radiant , i feel younger which is interesting . I am Aging backward ! Which really caught me by surprise , i never know that going through this the physical body will change so much.

I decided to join Dolores Canon Course , Quantum Healing Hypnotic Therapy (QHHT) to find out who i really am “My Past Live , My Purpose , Why am i here?” and also to learn this technique.

Universe guided me to attend the QHHT course, i managed to get the confirmation of who i am and the reason i came to Earth …
