The Twist That Hit My Soul
I just finished watching Episode 10 of the series, and wow—the twist caught me off guard. But it was Episode 8 that truly spoke to me. That was when they introduced the concept of reincarnation. Something inside me stirred. I felt seen.
The Scene That Shook Me
One particular scene stayed with me: the Mother-in-law character chooses to reincarnate into a harder life on Earth. Watching her select a challenging path deeply resonated with something I once asked myself:
“Why would any soul choose a difficult life?”
My Question to God
During one of the hardest periods of my life, I used to cry out to God:
“Why are You giving me this kind of life?”
“Am I being punished for something I did in a past life?”
I felt like I was being unfairly tested. I resented everything.
I was constantly asking, “Why me?”
The Dark Night of the Soul (2023)
That period became what I now recognise as my first dark night of the soul. (I’ll link the post here.)
It was emotionally brutal. I felt stripped of everything I believed about life and myself.
Then one day, a video of Dolores Cannon came into my life. In it, she said something that cracked me wide open:
“Earth is one of the hardest schools for souls.”
When I heard that, I broke down in tears. My soul recognized that truth.
(If you want to read more about that moment, I’ll link another post here.)
The Soul’s Choice
That moment was the spark that ignited my deep interest in reincarnation and near-death experiences.
I started watching stories—like those from YouTube channel: Next Soul Level—about people who had near-death experiences and returned to share what they saw.
And guess what? In those stories, many of them describe exactly what was shown in the drama:
That before we reincarnate, we choose the life we’ll live.
We pick the place, the parents, the challenges—even our physical appearance.
No More “Why Me?”
When I first learned that we design our own lives, I had to face a harsh truth:
I’d been blaming God, my family, my relationships, my job… everything.
I was stuck in victim mode—giving my power away.
But now, when life gets hard, I ask:
“Why did my soul design this for me?”
Even when it makes no sense at all, I’ve shifted the question.
Instead of blaming others, I seek the deeper reason.
And yes—I still get upset with my soul sometimes!
There are days I ask, “Why would you choose THIS for me?”
But at least now, I know where to look for answers.
The Rule of Forgetting
In one of Dolores Cannon’s videos, a soul is planning her next life.
The guide asks her, “Are you sure you want to pile so much into this one life?”
And the soul answers: “Yes.”
But here’s the catch:
When we come to Earth, we forget.
That’s the rule.
We forget who we are, what we planned, and how powerful we used to feel.
That forgetfulness can paralyze us.
It makes us scared.
And that fear holds us back from living our full potential.
How Do We Remember Who We Are?
That’s a longer story—one I’ll keep sharing piece by piece.

It’s where I talk about past lives and soul healing.
Bravery in Choosing Pain
In the drama, a character asks,
“Why would anyone choose such a hard life?”
And the chief replies something like that I’ll never forget:
“Only brave souls choose hard lives. They have karmic bonds to untangle.”
That moment felt like confirmation of everything I had read and Googled over the years.
The show made the concept of reincarnation simple, beautiful, and relatable.
The Soul Group We Travel With
As the show explored the characters’ past lives, I thought about how we reincarnate in soul groups.
Our current-life parents might become our children in the next.
Siblings could return as best friends.
We keep learning, forgiving, growing—together.
It’s just like school.
If we don’t pass the lesson, we repeat the grade.
Sometimes with the same people. Over and over again.
But Isn’t It Endless?
Someone once asked me,
“If we keep coming back, won’t this cycle go on forever?”
Maybe. Maybe not.
But Earth is one of the fastest ways for the soul to grow.
That’s why so many souls choose to come here.
To evolve. To rise. Even if it hurts.
Everything I’ve written here is based on what I’ve read, watched, Googled, and personally experienced.
You don’t have to take my word for it—please go explore and research for yourself.
You’ll find what your soul needs to know.
Past Life Regression – A Tool for Remembering
One of the most powerful tools I discovered along the way was Past Life Regression.
What is it?
It’s a gentle process of going inward and remembering who you were in previous lifetimes.
And when you do, you often find answers to your current life challenges.
This journey opened my heart to deeper healing and understanding.
May you find yours too 😉
With Love & Light ,
Kai
